After all the heartfelt comments in my last post on Social Media Street Gangs, it paved the way for a whole bunch of new thoughts in my little brain. On my way to El Paso this morning I had the privilege of witnessing a moment of kindness that really set my day off on a good tone. The plane was packed and there was a mother who really needed two seats in order to sit with her young daughter. The flight attendant announced and asked publicly if there would be anyone willing to move to a single seat in order to accommodate this mother. One gentleman raised his hand and offered willingly. I witnessed a great act of kindness on his part but what the flight attendant and the mother did was just as important. They both deeply thanked him for his willingness to change seats. My personal blog has been on the project list for many months now and I am so happy that it is finally ready to be launched. It has been a very busy year as the Director of Marketing for The Training Factor, part of which involved consistently posting blogs on a regular basis. There are a couple of reasons why I wanted to launch this blog. #1 I wanted to. Blogging for The Training Factor needed to be on very specific topics that were multifamily and apartment-related. Of course, that is going to continue which leads to reason #2. There are some other topics that are much more general that I have had on my mind for some time now and I wish to reach a much broader audience.
